In the India CSR Summit organized by CSR Box in New Delhi on 11 October 2023, Dalmia Bharat CSR Impact award was given to the Samaan Society. This award has been given to the organization for the unique efforts of the WOMEN MECHANIC GARAGE. This program is being run by Samaan Society in collaboration with Bridgestone India Pvt. Ltd. CSR Initiative. In the award ceremony, this award was given by Mr. Mahendra Singhvi, Managing Director of Dalmia Cement Bharat Limited, Ms. Swati Munjal, President of Munjal University, Mr. Naveen Kumar, Revenue Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh and Mr. Banchha Nidhi Pani, Commissioner of Technical Education, Government of Gujarat.
Director of the Samaan Society Rajendra Bandhu, President Sangeeta Patidar and Mechanic Shivani Raghuvanshi received this award on behalf of Samaan Society. More than 2500 NGO representatives, administrative officers, CSR managers of various companies and social workers from across the country participated in this ceremony.
